Students, if you need help with your classwork or homework, After School Tutoring is held in Room 266 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The Sister Cities Association of Springfield (SCAS) will be sponsoring a high school student delegation to Ashikaga, Japan from June 21 to June 30, 2025.
The delegation will include high school students and 2 chaperones. Information and application materials can be found on the SCAS website:

ACT and Pre-ACT test day is coming on April 16th! Juniors and Seniors should pick up their parent permission forms from their English teacher. Juniors - your signed slip allows you to leave directly after the ACT. Seniors - your signed slip allows you to leave a few minutes early on the 15th and then be out of school on the 16th. All forms are due in guidance by April 11th at 3:30.
Entrepreneurship class will be selling SHS apparel, blankets, tumblers, ski masks, and compression shirts during both lunch shifts in the commons all week. Cash and apple pay will be accepted.

Any senior athlete who is planning on playing a sport next year in college, please stop by the main office and pick up a Signing Day Information Form. This form must be completed and turned in to Mr. Barnes no later than 3:30 on Friday, May 16th. If you do not turn in a form, you will not be recognized.
