  • “Students if you need help with your class work or homework, After School Tutoring is held in Room 220 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m."


  • Students, don’t forget: The Peace Room is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:30-2pm to any student needing support and a safe space to assist with mental health concerns. Check your Canvas to sign up or ask Mrs. Coley!


  • Let's get popping, popcorn will be for sale during both lunch shifts Friday for $1 a bag! 

 

  • In case you are eager for winter break and 5 weeks seems too long, join the cast and crew of SHS’s production of this year’s fall play Winter Break this Saturday at 7 and Sunday at 2 for a glimpse of the ups and downs one school’s winter break. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students and seniors. Show will be located in Commons please enter these doors.


  • Model UN had a great showing at fall conference! Congratulations to Isha Ramakur and Gabriel Villegas for receiving awards within their committees. Model UN will meet this Friday after school to start preparing for the spring conference. New members are welcome.


  • Any girl interested in playing softball in the Spring, please go to room WW6 in the Washington Wing to fill out an interest form. See Coach Koger in WW6 with any questions.


  • Boys basketball players should pick an instruction sheet for Rooms communication in the main office. Then use the directions to download the boys basketball Rooms account app for announcements and communication.


  • Hey SHS students! The Chess club will be meeting after school from 3:17 to 4:15 in Mr. Hull’s Room (Room 216) this Friday. 


  • Hey readers! Our monthly book club meeting will be held, as usual, in Ms. Negele's room 362 this Thursday, November 21 from 3:30-4:15. We will be discussing our two books from the previous month and choosing our next read! We read creepy thrillers and the discussion will be a fun and wild one! Everyone is welcome even if you didn't get a chance to read our October books. We hope to see you there!
