  • “Students if you need help with your class work or homework, After School Tutoring is held in Room 220 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m."


  • Students, don’t forget: The Peace Room is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:30-2pm to any student needing support and a safe space to assist with mental health concerns. Check your Canvas to sign up or ask Mrs. Coley!


  • Attention to any student interested in traveling to Greece and Rome this summer.  We are trying to finalize our list of travelers and have only one spot remaining that will be on a first come first serve basis.  Time is running out, this is your final chance to experience an amazing part of the world and its rich history.  If interested, please see Mr. Telger in room 312 for information about the trip, or you can email him at rtelger@sps186.org.


  • Freshman Boys Basketball Try Outs will be Wednesday November 13th 6pm to 730pm. 


JV Boys Basketball Try Outs will be Wednesday November 13th 730pm to 9pm


Varsity Boys Basketball Try Outs will be Thursday November 14th 6pm to 745pm 



  • Any girl interested in playing softball in the Spring, please go to room WW6 in the Washington Wing to fill out an interest form. See Coach Koger in WW6 with any questions. 


  • A short 5-10 min fall play crew meeting will be after school Thursday night Mrs. Eaton’s room. If you can’t make it check with Chelsea Decock or Mrs. Eaton.


  • The volleyball banquet will be Monday November 18th at 6:15.

  • Attention all athletes not involved in a winter sport. If you plan on competing for the boys and girls track and field teams this spring, there will be a short informational meeting for winter workouts on Thursday at 3:25 in Mr Deatherage’s room WW1 with Coach Cotner. Distance athletes please plan to stay until 3:40. If you have any questions please see Coach Cotner. 


  • Attention Boys Swimming and diving will be having a meeting Thursday  after school in McDonald's room 214.  Should take 10-15 minutes.

All boys planning on going out for swimming or diving are encouraged to attend.  This will be simply an informational meeting in general about the season.  Everyone interested in swimming is encouraged to attend.

 



  • There will be a Boys swimming and diving parent meeting on Monday November 18th at 6:00Pm in the cafeteria. This will be a detailed meeting regarding: expectations, practices, meets, equipment and the overall sport in general.  There will be several handouts along with a schedule as well as requirements for being on the team.


  • Congratulations to the varsity and jv scholastic bowl teams on their sweep of CS 8 matches yesterday in Rochester beating Rochester, Jacksonville, and Lanphier. Next week we face both Decatur high schools. Great start.


  • Attention Hockey Fans!! The Senators Hockey team has a game tonight at the Nelson Center at 8:45. Let's Show them some Senator support.
