  • During the month of November, Be A Senator is highlighting the value of gratitude. Senators show gratitude by having a grateful attitude and being thankful toward others. Studies show that teens who practice gratitude daily can improve social connections, increase their self-esteem and reduce depression and anxiety. Start this week by naming 3 things each day for which you are grateful. Thank you for Being A Senator!
