Good morning, Springfield High!  Today is May 16, 2024

Attendance Office Phone Number - 525-3111

Students, If you're not feeling well during school hours, please visit the nurse's office instead of texting your parent directly to go home. Our nurse will then assess your condition and contact your parent for you. Reminder that phones are not allowed during class time. Not following this procedure creates a disruption for many offices as well as adults in the building. Thanks for following the procedure that is in place and helping to keep the school running smoothly!

Both advanced to compete at the 3A state meet in Charleston next weekend. Congrats to the seniors and the rest of the boys on an incredible season!

Many Congrats to the Sophomore and Freshman Baseball teams that finished their winning seasons with wins the last two days. The Sophomores ended their season on Tuesday with a 12 to nothing win over Jacksonville behind a strong shutout performance on the mound by Carter Beck to end with a 13 and 2 record. The Freshman team finished their season yesterday with a 6 to 3 victory over Litchfield behind the arm of another Karter, only spelled with a K in Karter Marks doing the pitching with a little help from James Maeda and Liam Watts to seal the deal. The Freshman team ended with an 8 and 5 mark. The future of SHS Baseball is bright despite both teams having to endure multiple rainouts during a very wet spring. Well done, fellas!

And now the Pledge of Allegiance!

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
