Students: We have too many tardies! Please know we expect you to be on time for class!  Tardy sweeps have begun, which mean if you are in the hallways without a pass, instead of being in class, you will meet with an administrator and receive consequences. 

After School Tutoring is held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week in room 160 from 3:30 pm-4:30 pm.

Lunchtime tutoring is available for any student on either lunch shift in room 124.

If you want to purchase single game, season, or year long passes to Springfield High School events, keep your eyes open for Go Fan Ticketing posters in the Commons, Cafeteria and Annex.  You can scan the QR Code, or go to GoFan.com to purchase you SHS tickets today.

If you park on or near SHS property - LOCK YOUR CARS AT ALL TIMES. Do not leave your doors unlocked or windows down no matter what! Be safe, be smart and be aware!

The Scarlet Line Dance Team will be holding a fall tryout for all students.  Tryouts will be held tomorrow at 2:45 in the Commons.  If you have any questions please contact Coach Shannon Bellini at scarlet.line@yahoo.com.  We hope to see you there!

Mrs. Devlin will be selling SHS t-shirts and sweatshirts during lunch for the next several days. She will be in her office Room 121. Lots of different designs, so stop by and see what she has. She will accept payments via CashApp, check or cash.

There will be a meeting for any boy, wishing to join the boys swim team, and their parents tomorrow at 7 pm in the Cafeteria.

Be A Senator Club is hosting a fundraiser this Thursday 11/16, at the West White Oaks Panera from 4pm-8pm. Please stop by for dinner or even just coffee or a treat and you will be helping BAS fund student rewards and events this year. When you order, make sure you say you're there for the SHS Be A Senator program. You can also order online from that store during that time frame and use code FUND4U during checkout. Congratulations to Solon Soccer Players:  Vince Pratt, Joe Brudnak, Drew Dejaynes and Evan Carrell for making the CS8 All-Conference soccer 11 player first team.  Mason Simmons was name to the second team while Ty Dyson, Byron McNeil and Gavin Oyler were named to the 3rd team.   Ian Griffin was named to the Academic All-Sectional team.  Byron McNeil was named an All-Sectional Sportsmanship team.  Mason Simmons was named the the IHSSCA All-Sectional team.  Joe Brudnak, Drew Dejaynes and Vince Pratt were named to the IHSSCA All-State team.  Vince Pratt was named USC All-Midwest team.

Attention all boys and girls track athletes not involved in a winter sport:  Winter workouts for boys and girls track and field will begin on Monday November 27th.  Please see Coach Cotner or Coach Hale to pick up an informational sheet for winter workouts.
