It's thriving Thursday! Today's theme is… schedule fun!

Did you know not only is having fun a good time, its actually really good for you. When you're having fun with friends and family, your brain releases feel-good hormones like dopamine! This directly counteracts stress hormones like cortisol. So you actually experience reduced feelings of stress, better quality of sleep, increased creativity, an increased sense of youthfulness, improved social and communication skills, changes in perception of emotional wounds and healing, better memory, more energy, and increased productivity.
