Good Morning Southeast students and staff, Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022 and I am Allysse Lewis. Remember that successful Spartans ARE RESPECTFUL, they follow classroom and school wide expectations and allow for learning throughout the building.

Tuesday’s Attendance percentage was
WORD OF THE DAY WEDNESDAY…Censure to criticize, reprimand, or blame. If a student constantly receives censures from his or her teacher, he or she would more than likely end up in in -house or worse.
Students who receive the free bus tickets, please pick them up in the main office.
Anyone interested in trying pole vault or other track and field events. There will be indoor track camps in November and December at Illinois College in Jacksonville. For more information check out the website at IC.edu or contact Coach White at whitej9@sps186.org.
SENIORS: Jostens will be here tomorrow, from 10:00-12:40 to hand out cap/gown packets and other information for graduation. They will return on Thursday November 10th 7:30-12:30 to take orders. Please make sure you have your deposits READY!

Today - Lincoln Land Community College at Lunch
Thursday - The Nursing College from Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL will be in the College room at 12:50. Sign up outside the college room to receive a pass.
Friday - Campus Visit to Illinois State University. If you are on the list to attend, you will receive a reminder from the College Room. The bus leaves at 7:30am from the Taylor Street entrance.

Graduates Class of 2023 - FAFSA 23-24 is now OPEN!
Southern Illinois University Carbondale - will be in the Commons during lunch November 28th.
Boys Basketball Try- Outs are Nov 7th 6:15-7:45 for 9th and 10th graders and 7:45-9:15 for 11th and 12th graders. Nov 8th tryouts will be 2:30-4:00 for 9th and 10th and 4:00-5:30 for 11th and 12th graders.
Wrestling Try-Outs are also Nov 7th in the Gym!
