Wednesday, September 21st, 2022

Good Morning Southeast students and staff, it's Word of the day Wednesday, September 21st, 2022. Remember that successful Spartans ARE RESPECTFUL, they follow classroom and schoolwide expectations and allow for learning throughout the building.

And now for a moment of silence to start our day:

Thank you.

Word of the day:

Verdigris is a green or bluish deposit, usually of copper carbonates, that forms on copper, brass, or bronze surfaces.

// We removed the verdigris from Grandma’s old copper jewelry by first soaking it in lemon juice, then gently polishing it with a soft rag.

Yesterday’s attendance percentage was: 88.36%.

Remember to keep perfect attendance until 10/5 for a chance to win free homecoming tickets.

For those students who receive the free bus passes, please stop in main office and pick them up.

Campus visits! Seniors and Juniors - congratulations on making it through Progress Period 1:) Our first open campus visit is to the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign with Parkland Community College on October 18th.
