Hey Spartans, if you are ever absent or just want to go back to see announcements because something really cool caught your attention.

Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS.

From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information.

It's time for BATTLES OF THE BANDS!!! Bands will perform during the lunch hours in the third week of May. For signup and additional information, see Mr. Philbrick in the band room 162.

Juniors and Seniors!!! Post Prom party at Sky Zone on May 17th doors open @ 10:30 pm, and it ends at 1 am. Please scan the waiver before May 1st if you would like to attend. No waiver equals no entry! It is free for anyone with a prom ticket, and $5 at the door for any SOUTHEAST junior or senior who doesn’t attend prom. Food, drinks, and raffle tickets included!!!

Student Voice members, please come get your passes from Ms. Miller in the cafeteria today during your lunch shift.

Clubs/Opportunities


Key club meeting will be Tuesday, April 15.  We will have elections at that meeting. Please see Mrs. Wilkinson with any questions.

SPRING SPORTS ARE ON A ROLL!

  • Varsity Softball co-op is 5-1. SE Freshman Keilyn Howard struck out 15 batters in a JV win last week! JV is  off to a strong start!

  • Varsity Baseball spotlight on Tim Herrington has started the season 9/16 (.563 avg) including 2 triples, 4 Stolen Bases, and scoring 8 runs. He has also pitched in 4 of 6 games. 

  • Girls soccer currently have a winning record, already matching their total wins from last season. They have secured conference wins over both Lincoln and Eisenhower. 90% of starters have at least 1 goal or assist.

Awards/Celebrations

Coach LT and Senator Doris Turner teamed up to promote non violence in schools. Many things were offered, but one thing everyone enjoyed and could participate in was Gift Card Giveaway Friday. All you have to do is be referral free, that includes cell phone,headphones, and dress code referrals starting Wednesday, October 23. The wheel will spin and name 3 big winners of $50 gift cards on announcements Friday mornings to be claimed in the student office. So check those Friday morning announcements! Stay referral free to win a gift card on Coach LT!
