Hey Spartans, if you are ever absent or just want to go back to see announcements because something really cool caught your attention.

Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS.

From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information. 

Juniors', now through April 8th- ACT prep for Reading with Ms. Hiler will take place after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:35-4:35 in Room 214.

The JROTC will collect canned goods for their Service Learning Project this week in the commons. Every student who donates 5 or more canned goods will be entered into a raffle drawing to win a $75 Gift Card. Please see any JROTC Cadet for details.

Clubs/Opportunities

Key Club will meet TODAY in room 110 right after school.  There will also be an optional after-meeting volunteer activity for those who can stay.

Awards/Celebrations

Coach LT and Senator Doris Turner teamed up to promote non violence in schools. Many things were offered, but one thing everyone enjoyed and could participate in was Gift Card Giveaway Friday. All you have to do is be referral free, that includes cell phone,headphones, and dress code referrals starting Wednesday, October 23. The wheel will spin and name 3 big winners of $50 gift cards on announcements Friday mornings to be claimed in the student office. So check those Friday morning announcements! Stay referral free to win a gift card on Coach LT!

We have a couple BIG Spartan wins this past week.

Ashyla Richards and Jada Jackson dominated Poetry Out Loud Regionals this past week! Ashyla is the champion, and Jada is our runner up! Both ladies will compete at STATE in March! Awesome work ladies!

Congrats to Chris Hull who is STATE bound! Chris will compete in the IHSA 2A Wrestling State Championship this weekend in Champaign. Good luck this weekend Chris and coaches!
