SE Spartan Announcements

Good Morning Southeast students and staff. It's Tuesday, February 4th, 2025! I’m _____________.

Remember that successful Spartans ARE RESPECTFUL, they follow classroom and school-wide expectations, allow for learning throughout the building, and can think critically.

And now for a moment of silence to start our day…Thank you.

Hey Spartans, if you are ever absent or just want to go back to see announcements because something really cool caught your attention.

Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS.

From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information.

Juniors', starting Feb 4th through April 8th- ACT prep for Reading with Ms. Hiler will take place after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:35-4:35 in Room 214.

If there are any juniors who are interested in a possible career in special effects, web developing, graphic design, gaming, animation, or film, please see Mrs. Metz for a possible chance to enroll in an Integrated Media Design course through Lincoln Land. The course would cover concepts such as design history, ethics and intellectual property.  You would be required to develop an interactive design for presentation and portfolio purposes.  This would be a “College Now” or college credit course and built into your schedule next school year IF #1) You have all of your credits and are on track for graduation and

#2) It fits into your schedule.

Cacc students will not have class at Cacc on Friday.  They need to make sure they are at Southeast for their afternoon classes.

The Southeast JROTC will be collecting non perishable items to donate to the St. John's Breadline for their Service Learning Project. If you would like to donate, there will be collection boxes set up in the Taylor Street Entrance area.
