ㅡ General Inf0Hey Spartans, if you are ever absent or just want to go back to see announcements because something really cool caught your attention. Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS. From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information. | Students as the weather starts to get a little bit cooler please remember the school rules for dress code. No coats are to be worn in the classroom and your hoodies and or sweaters need to be worn correctly. This means completely on with two arms through it or off. At Southeast High School, we do not wear our hoodies half on or half off. Thank you! From the college room… Today, the NAVY will be in the Commons at lunch Wednesday - Early Grads, Yep - those seniors graduating in December - Lincoln Land will be in the Library over lunch on Wednesday to talk to you about choosing classes and registering for college. You should receive a pass, if you do not, stop by the Library during your lunch shift and touch base with Kim and the Success Coaches from LLCC. Wednesday is also the campus visit to SIUe and McKendree. The bus leaves from Taylor Street at 8:15 and returns at 4:45. Thursday, the United States Air Force will be in the Commons at Lunch. Seniors, you should be working on your college applications. On Wednesday, October 16th - Alex from ISAC and Ms. Jannazzo will be in the Library from 10:30 am to 12:30 to assist with any college or trade school applications. ㅡ Sports | Academic eligibility is run every Friday at 1 PM for all student-athletes. Athletes must be passing 5 of 7 classes to be eligible to play the next week. These checks are not random and Mrs. Williams would prefer you not fail ANY classes. Set high expectations for yourself and consider participating in college sports as a real possibility. If you are trying out for wrestling, boys swim, or basketball, you must be passing 5 of 7 classes to compete. If you are an upperclassman, you also have to have earned a 2.0 GPA last semester.
