Hey Spartans, if you are ever absent or just wanting to go back to see announcements because something really cool caught your attention.

Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS.

From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information.

Just a reminder to please clean your lunch table, push in chairs, or put chairs back at the right table. Also, please be respectful, and do not butt in the lunch line.

Poetry Club: We will not be meeting today! Our first meeting of the semester will be next Friday, January 19th from 3:30-4:30pm in room 107. We'll see you then! 

Key Club will meet Tuesday in room 110, 3:25-3:45. We will be discussing volunteer opportunities and the district leadership conference. There will be a volunteer after-meeting activity 3:45-4:45. 

Attention drama club - auditions for the play CLUE will be held next Tuesday, January 16th from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in room 161.  Make sure you’ve picked up an audition packet from one of the sponsors.  Bring the completed audition forms with you to auditions.  Also - cast and crew members BOTH, should report to auditions.  Students wishing to be a stagehand or crew member must complete an interview on the same day.  Thank you and break a leg!

Are you interested in CACC. Please stop by during your lunch shift TODAY for more information on their awesome programs and to ask any questions. They will be set up in the commons. 

From the College Room:

Upcoming Campus visit to University of Illinois at Springfield - On January 30th, we will be traveling to UIS in the morning to tour their campus. Permission slips are outside the college room on the table. Return your permission slip to reserve your spot.

FAFSA completion night will be Monday, January 22nd from 5:30 - 7:00 in the SE Library. If you receive an email from FAFSA with your SAI - you are good. Be sure to update your college list on FAFSA if needed.

FAFSA completion during school will be Wednesday, Jan 24th. If you have trouble completing FAFSA on your own, we will have “office hours” and assigned times for students to work with Sydney from ISAC and Jannazzo to complete their portion of the FAFSA.

Sports

If you are interested in Girls' Track, workouts are Mon-Tues-Thur-Fri from 3:30 -5 and Wednesdays 2:30-4. We meet in the Commons right after school.! Come ready to work! You need to complete an Athletic card and have an up to date physical turned into Ms. Drake or Mrs. Williams in the main office. 

Softball will have open gyms on Sundays. The first one starts this Sunday (1/14) from 12-2pm in Southeast’s gym.

Don't forget to order your city shirts outside of room 103.  They are $13 a shirt. Now for a video about city tournament spirit week.
