SE Spartan Announcements

Good Morning Southeast students and staff. It's Thursday, November 30th, 2023! I’m _____________.

Remember that successful Spartans ARE RESPECTFUL, they follow classroom and school wide expectations, allow for learning throughout the building, and can think critically.

And now for a moment of silence to start our day…Thank you.

It’s Thriving Thursday-You can improve your mental health by developing self-awareness. Do this by checking in with yourself regularly. Identify what you are feeling at different points in your day and scale them on a 1-10. Decide at what point you need to take a break or do something positive to cope with whatever you are feeling, and have a plan ahead of time." For more help or ways to practice this skill, feel free to stop by the Peace Room Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. This resource is here for ANY student to utilize for support at any time.
