Thank you everyone for taking the mySAEBRS and Panorama surveys yesterday. If you did not take BOTH of the Panorama Surveys, please check your email now for a link from Ms. Claire Miller.

With quarter 2, comes schedule changes

If you had PE or Driver’s Ed 1st quarter, and now have Consumer Ed for 4th hour this quarter, YOU NOW HAVE B Lunch. This means after 3rd period, you will go to Consumer Ed in Room 212 and THEN to lunch AFTER 4th hour. If you go to lunch instead, you will be marked unexcused. Please go check your schedule online if you are unsure.

Check the lost and found in the student office if you are missing something.

Shout out to the students who follow lunchroom etiquette, by lining up in a single file line, that respect students and do not cut in line, push in their chairs, and who clean off their tables after eating. Thank you for making the custodians, lunchroom workers, and supervisors jobs easier.

REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS TAKING PSAT TEST ON OCTOBER 26TH - YOUR TESTING PAYMENT IS DUE IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE BY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25TH - CASH OR CHECKS PAYABLE TO “SSHS” -  PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE TESTING.

Picture retakes will be on Wednesday. October 25 in the auditorium!  The times are as follows:

7:30-10 - staff, 9th-11th graders

If you are unhappy with your pictures, bring the picture packet back and get a new picture taken on that date. Just come to the auditorium at the designated time. If you were not in attendance on picture day in September, a pass will be sent for you.

Quarter 1 is officially over, and Quarter 2 is ALL about attendance. To be able to succeed in life, the first step is showing up! You are shooting for 95% attendance to join in the end of the quarter surprise!

This will also help you with potentially being eligible for a couple of final exam exemptions. Remember you need to pass all of your classes, no out of school suspensions, and have 5 of FEWER absences between both Quarter 1 AND Quarter 2. (School activities do not count as an absence.)
