Identify a problem. 2.Identify areas within your control 3. Ask yourself, "what can I do about this now." 4. If the problem is out of your control, then control the way you respond to the problem. A reminder that the Peace Room is open to any student during the school day on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to help you problem solve and cope with stressors that may be interrupting your day.
