 SSHS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Thursday, May 25, 2023

Good Morning Southeast students and staff, it's Thriving Thursday May 25,  2023! Remember that successful Spartans ARE RESPECTFUL, they follow classroom and school wide expectations and allow for learning throughout the building.

And now for a moment of silence to start our day…Thank you.

Its thriving Thursday, today’s tip comes from the peace room:

Peace Room tip of the day "Get outside and be still. Sit in the grass. Look at the clouds. Put your bare feet on the ground. Take in all of nature. Nature can generate many positive emotions, such as calmness, joy, and creativity and can facilitate concentration. Nature connectedness is also associated with lower levels of depression and anxiety.

Southeast wants to wish some members of our boys track team good luck as they travel to compete at the state track meet.  Congratulations to the 4x200 relay run by Karon Edwards, Byron Walker, Barimah Kanu, and Chase Turner.  Also congratulations to the 4x400 relay run by Keyon Day, Seth Doss, Karon Edwards, and Chase Turner.  Good luck Spartans!
