SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS) — We're highlighting students from across Central Illinois as a part of our MTI student spotlight special. This week's student is Jamari Dossie from Southeast High school. He's a student while also running his own cooking business. He's also part of a culinary program at the Capital Area Career Center.
