Good Morning Southeast students and staff, it's Wednesday March 1st, 2023! Remember that successful Spartans ARE RESPECTFUL, they follow classroom and school wide expectations and allow for learning throughout the building.

Seniors…Both Lincoln Land and the Community Foundation scholarships are due this Wednesday, March 1st. That's today, so please get them in asap!!!
Athletes who want to play a sport in College…Next Tuesday, March 7th after school we will have a meeting to go over the high school requirements for College athletes in both NAIA and NCAA. If you are interested in playing a college sport, plan to stay after school on Tuesday, March 7th for important information about grades and course selection in high school. See Ms. Jannazzo or Coach Lauber with questions. Sign up sheets with QR codes will be posted around Southeast.
Cheerleading tryout packets for the 23-24 school year are available in the main office. Cheerleading tryouts will be March 29 thru April 1st.
Mark your calendar! Thursday, March 9th there is an event after school from 3:30-5pm. Brilliant Minds that Shine is an empowering event open to all students! Did you know there is only one black female police officer in Springfield? Her name is Officer Pflug and she will be here to talk with us! Mrs Foley will be here with snacks! And there will be a student coffee/drink bar! Sign up for the event in room 105, room 175H or the library!
What are you doing on Tuesday, March 7th? You should come to the Key Club meeting after school in room 110. We will discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities and talk with community leaders from Downtown Springfield.
There will also be an after-meeting activity from 3:45-4:45.
Attention seniors,
The last day to order and turn in graduation fees is March 17th. If you have not ordered at least a cap and gown, you will NOT be able to participate in graduation! Please take care of any remaining fees and orders ASAP! See Ms. Lewis in the Guidance Office if you have any questions.
