Fall weather made the perfect backdrop for Ridgely’s first Pre-K field trip of the year! Exploring our beautiful community is essential for kids, and today, our students got an amazing hands-on adventure at Lincoln Memorial Garden.Click Here for Photos
Our little explorers met their tour guides and set off through the stunning landscape, binoculars in hand, ready to spot wildlife and investigate the wonders of nature.
The trails were filled with plants, animals, and so many fun facts! Highlights? They got to see deer teeth and antlers up close! Talk about cool discoveries! Field trips like these are so important for young minds. They spark curiosity, encourage hands-on learning, and help children see their own community as a place filled with adventure and learning opportunities. Today, our students transformed into mini investigators, asking questions and spotting things both high in the sky and down on the ground.
A huge thank you to Lincoln Memorial Gardens for hosting us and sharing your knowledge, and to our incredible teachers, staff, and partners who made today such a success! Field trips fuel young imaginations and teach them to appreciate the beauty of their surroundings.
We love our community and are grateful for partners who help our students learn and grow!
