The best day of the year is here—we’re thrilled to announce the finalists for the Horace Mann Educator of the Year, Administrator of the Year, and Rising Star awards.
Each year, we have the incredible honor of surprising some of our most dedicated educators and administrators, recognizing their hard work and impact across District 186.
Rising Star – This award goes to an educator who has been with the district for four years or less and is already making a lasting impact on students, staff, and their school community.
