It's TIME TO CELEBRATE SBCS. Next week is National Charter Schools Week. We will be celebrating with Spirit Week.

No Track Practice Friday. Sectional Athletes report to Lincoln Magnet School by 7:15 Saturday to board the bus to Williamsville for the Track and Field Sectional.
The leader for the highest percentage of logins resulting in a green light is 3rd grade with 74%. 2nd grade holds 2nd place at 69%. Who is going to bump 3rd grade outta the top spot? Keep getting those green lights and if could be your grade level next week in the lead.

April Green Light Challenge winners are invited to participate in a pajama day on May 17, 2023 (next Wednesday). So proud of each of you! Donāt forget to keep working towards Mayās Green Light Challenge goal of 3 green lights per week for a total of 12 for the month.
Recorder club for any student in Mrs. Lee's, Mr. Miller, or Ms. Davis' class who wants to be in recorder club, our next meeting will be Thursday before lunch. Bring your recorder on Thursday for recorder club!

Friday we will also be having a school wide assembly at 2:00 for team competitions. Teachers please get your homeroom class representative by Wednesday please.
Parents and Middle Level Athletes Reminder: Your athletic eligibility is based on your semester GPA and your weekly performance in the classroom. Student athletes should demonstrate good study habits, turn in work on time, and strive for good grades for the remainder of the school year to ensure you will be able to compete in 2023 fall and winter sports. Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA quarterly.
Attention all 5th graders! Lanphierās volleyball team is having clinics July 24 and 25. You must have your form completed no later than June 30. Please stop by the office for a form or visit Lanphierās district page under the volleyball tab for more information. If you have any questions please contact Coach Ty at tths2848@gmail.com clinics are open to everyone, even if you are not going to attend Lanphier.
The SBCS Board is looking for a Community Member for the Board. The term is for one year to finish out the current opening on the board. If anyone has any recommendations please send them to Mr. Williams for an application.
