It's TIME TO CELEBRATE SBCS. Next week is National Charter Schools Week. We will be celebrating with Spirit Week.
- Monday- Movie Monday- Dress as your favorite movie character
- Tuesday- Tourist Tuesday- Dress as a tourist heading to a dream vacation
- Wednesday- Encouragement Wednesday- wear a light colored plain t-shirt so classmates can sign your shirt - Thursday- Tacky Thursday- Wear your craziest combination of clothes and accessories
- Friday- Team Spirit Friday- Primary wear yellow, Upper Primary wear green, Intermediate wear blue, and Middle Level wear Pink
Friday we will also be having a school wide assembly at 2:00 for team competitions. Teachers please get your homeroom class representative by Wednesday please.
Parents and Middle Level Athletes Reminder: Your athletic eligibility is based on your semester GPA and your weekly performance in the classroom. Student athletes should demonstrate good study habits, turn in work on time, and strive for good grades for the remainder of the school year to ensure you will be able to compete in 2023 fall and winter sports. Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA quarterly.
Attention all 5th graders! Lanphier’s volleyball team is having clinics July 24 and 25. You must have your form completed no later than June 30. Please stop by the office for a form or visit Lanphier’s district page under the volleyball tab for more information. If you have any questions please contact Coach Ty at tths2848@gmail.com clinics are open to everyone, even if you are not going to attend Lanphier.
The SBCS Board is looking for a Community Member for the Board. The term is for one year to finish out the current opening on the board. If anyone has any recommendations please send them to Mr. Williams for an application.
