We are thrilled to announce that the Regional AVID Path to Schoolwide Training is currently taking place in our district! Over the next two days, teachers and administrators are gathering at LHS to participate in this transformative training. This is a significant step in our journey to become an AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) District.
The AVID program is renowned for its ability to enhance student engagement, foster critical thinking, and prepare students for college and career success. By adopting the AVID framework district-wide, we are committed to providing our students with the tools and support they need to achieve their highest potential.
