Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open through the District 186 registration portal. Parents will have the opportunity to sign up for Project SCOPE after they register for their elementary school.

Registration is now closed for Summer SCOPE 2024. Below are reminders for families whose children are registered for the summer program at either Lindsay or Wilcox.

Cost: $125 per week / per child. All payments are due on Monday for the week of service. The weekly fee includes the cost of all field trips, breakfast, hot lunch and an afternoon snack. The fee may be paid by cash or check at your summer location, or by credit or debit card on schoolpay.com.

New policy regarding fees and attendance: This year Project SCOPE will pro-rate weekly fees one time only for children who miss an entire week of attendance (Monday through Friday). Families may choose one week during the summer to pay ½ the weekly fee of $125 if their child is absent an entire week and they have filled out the form available at the front desk of their summer location. Families will be charged the full $125 fee the rest of the summer, regardless of attendance.

Financial assistance: If you have or will be applying for financial assistance through Community Child Care Connection or through DCFS, please make sure your paperwork is turned in as soon as possible. If our office does not receive documentation from CCCC or DCFS of your approval, you will be responsible for paying the full weekly rate (whether or not your child has begun attending Summer SCOPE).

CCCC payments are not prorated when a child is absent.

CCCC families who are currently enrolled in the school year SCOPE program will need to complete a Change of Provider form. (Families from Lindsay or Wilcox do not need a Change of Provider form if they are staying at their home school for summer.)
