Summer Scope Information

Fees:

Important: A $30 activity fee must be paid per child before Summer SCOPE registration is complete. (Please note this is an increase from last year.)

Payments may be made with a credit or debit card at SchoolPay.com or in person with cash, check or money order at the SCOPE office, 2120 E. Reservoir. 

The weekly fee for Summer SCOPE will be $155 per child. All payments are due on Monday for the week of service. The weekly fee includes the cost of all field trips, breakfast, hot lunch and an afternoon snack. 

Payments may be made with a credit or debit card at SchoolPay.com. Parents may also pay with cash, check or money order at the SCOPE office, 2120 E. Reservoir. 

After the SCOPE office receives your online registration and the $30 fee, you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating your child may attend Summer SCOPE. All spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so parents are encouraged to register soon.

Registration for the 2025-26 school year

  • Project SCOPE registration for the 2025–26 school year will open alongside District 186's school registration in mid-May.

  • Parents must register for SCOPE each school year.

Paperwork may be dropped off inside the foyer between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or in the dropbox outside our front door at any time.

Directions: Go east on North Grand Ave. to the Dollar General store (old IGA), turn south on Water St., go 1-1/2 blocks. The school is between Reservoir and Cincinnati. Ring the buzzer for assistance.
