BACK TO SCHOOL PHYSICAL AND IMMUNIZATIONS

Physical exam and immunization information is due the first day of the 2024-2025 school year. Students failing to provide required health information will be excluded from school on September 2, 2024 (Balanced Calendar Schools) or October 1st (Regular Calendar Schools).
